Financial Diagnostic Sprint
A fixed-fee, 2 to 4 week assessment of your finance function across eight dimensions: cash, close, reporting, controls, forecasting, systems, people, and owner dependence. You get a scored diagnostic and a prioritized, sequenced roadmap, and the fee is credited against a retainer that begins within the stated window.
Fractional CFO Retainers
Financial leadership on a monthly cadence: cash flow management, month-end close oversight, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, lender and covenant reporting, board and investor materials, and supervision of your accounting team.
Strategic Finance Projects
13-week cash flow models, operating models and budgets, credit facility readiness, M&A and diligence preparation, close process redesign, and accounting system selection and implementation oversight.
Accounting Advisory
